DESCRIPTION:
This is a brand new map for GoldenEye 007, created with Valve Hammer Editor, Crafty, and the Goldeneye Setup Editor. The included IPS patch contains both single player and multiplayer setup files, simply select "Office" from either menu to play the map.

PATCHING:
To play simply patch a copy of a clean GoldenEye ROM in .z64 format with your favorite IPS patching program or the Goldeneye Setup Editor. If you wish to create your own setup
with the map all the files needed are included in the "individual" folder in this archive.
If you're using Project64 you'll want to make sure you configure the emulator properly. Right-click on your patched ROM in the ROM list, choose "Edit Game Settings," and make change them to the following:

CPU core style: Recompiler
Self-modifying core Method: Change Memory & Cache
Memory Size: 4 MB
Advanced Block Linking: Off
Default Save Type: Use First Used Save Type
Counter Factor: 2
*Large Compile Buffer *Use TLB
*Register caching
*SP Hack

KNOWN ISSUES:
This map has a flickering issue when using Rice's Video plugins, you'll probably want to use one of Jabo's Direct3D plugins instead. The sky will look strange with Jabo's plugin; use the following GameShark code to correct it:

My mistake: It should be 0.5 scale. Sorry. I thought I modeled it at Facility scale, but it's actually half of that. To add new rooms, you can either export to OBJ and edit it in a model editor, or edit the room positions file to manually add the new ones. I'd recommend the former.

Can somebody tell me how to add rooms on to this level. Importing rooms from another level

You can use project mode, see those tutorials, and then be able to use it.

I was thinking of creating my own level using the Office level but i dont know how to test it, because it is different compair to testing a normal level

1.0, mistakingly. It should be the same as Facility (1.2064800262), but scaling it down may cause issues with the guard placement in the solo setup.

The Weakest Link: Just make a copy of your ROM and patch it, you don't have to put it in its own folder or anything unless you want to. The level plays the beta Runway X track, you usually only hear it in multiplayer.

It's only one room so it's a bit slow. Future levels will be multi-room.

Pretty neat, that custom rooms and such can be made now. Also, holy lag playing on Mupen 64k,,, emulator issue or is anyone else having lots of lag on other emulators as well?

Played it. Loved it. Man, that's seriously a fun little level - I was tempted to cut it into rooms with blender, but a little tweaking on PJ64 made it run smooth. Haven't tried it on my V64 yet. Insanley fun level! Bloody good work dude, keep it up.
